プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

合同会社オン・ザ・ハンモック（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリ「GOOD&NEW」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集・利用します。

  • ユーザーが入力したコンテンツ：日記テキスト、スコア、画像、動画、メモ
  • プロフィール情報：ユーザー名、プロフィールアイコン、自己紹介文
  • Apple IDに紐付いたiCloud ID：フレンド機能・グループ機能の識別に使用
  • アプリ内設定：育成期間・花スタイル・サブスクリプション状態など

当社は、氏名・住所・電話番号・クレジットカード番号などの機密性の高い個人情報を直接収集しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

  • 本アプリの機能提供（記録・Tree表示・フレンド/グループ機能・コメント・スタンプ）
  • iCloud経由でのデバイス間データ同期
  • プッシュ通知の送信（コメント受信・フレンド申請・Tree完成通知など）
  • サブスクリプション（GOOD&NEW Plus）の管理
  • アプリの品質改善・不具合対応

3. データの保存・同期

本アプリのデータは、AppleのCloudKit（iCloud）を使用してデバイス上およびAppleのサーバーに保存・同期されます。データの保管はAppleのプライバシーポリシー（https://www.apple.com/jp/legal/privacy/）に準じます。

当社が独自に運営するサーバーにユーザーデータを保存することはありません。

4. 第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
  • 法令に基づく場合

フレンド機能・グループ機能を利用する場合、ユーザー名・アイコン・記録コンテンツ（共有設定したもの）が相手ユーザーに表示されます。これはユーザーが明示的に操作した結果であり、当社による第三者提供には該当しません。

5. 課金・決済

本アプリ内のサブスクリプション（GOOD&NEW Plus）はAppleのApp Store経由で提供されます。決済処理はすべてAppleが行い、当社はクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を取得・保存しません。

6. 広告・トラッキング

本アプリは、広告SDKおよびサードパーティ製トラッキングツールを一切使用しません。

7. データの削除

ユーザーは、本アプリの「設定」画面からアカウントおよびすべてのデータを削除できます。削除操作を行うと、CloudKit上のデータ（フレンド関係・グループ・コメント・スタンプ・共有記録など）が完全に削除されます。この操作は取り消せません。

また、iCloudの設定からアプリのiCloudデータを削除することも可能です。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集していることが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページにて告知します。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

On the Hammock LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the iOS application GOOD&NEW (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects and uses the following information:

  • User-generated content: journal text, scores, photos, videos, and memos
  • Profile information: username, profile icon, and bio
  • iCloud ID associated with your Apple ID: used to identify users for Friend and Group features
  • App settings: growth period, flower style, subscription status, etc.

We do not directly collect sensitive personal information such as full name, address, phone number, or payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide App features (journaling, Tree visualization, Friends/Groups, comments, and reactions)
  • To sync data across devices via iCloud
  • To send push notifications (new comments, friend requests, Tree completion, etc.)
  • To manage your GOOD&NEW Plus subscription
  • To improve App quality and fix issues

3. Data Storage & Sync

All App data is stored on your device and synced to Apple's servers using Apple's CloudKit (iCloud) service. Data storage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

We do not operate our own servers to store user data.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

  • With your explicit consent
  • When required by applicable law

When you use Friend or Group features, your username, icon, and shared content will be visible to the relevant users. This is the result of your own explicit action and is not considered third-party sharing by us.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

The GOOD&NEW Plus subscription is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment card or billing information.

6. Advertising & Tracking

The App does not use any advertising SDKs or third-party tracking tools.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings screen within the App. This action permanently removes all CloudKit data (friends, groups, comments, reactions, shared entries, etc.) and cannot be undone.

You may also delete iCloud data for the App through your device's iCloud settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
